Dr. David White

About

Dr. David White is originally from Alexandria, Louisiana. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Louisiana State University, graduating summa cum laude. He attended medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He then continued at Wake Forest University for internship, Neurology Residency, and Neuromuscular Medicine fellowship. He has been practicing in Huntsville, AL, since 2016. He has a special interest in neuromuscular diseases and is the Co-Medical Director of the Crestwood ALS Care Clinic. Dr. White has specialized training in multiple neurologic conditions such as headaches, dementia, stroke, neuropathy, Parkinson's Disease, epilepsy, tremors, muscular dystrophy, and myasthenia gravis.
