After conducting epilepsy research for one year during graduate school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Aurora, Laura Lehnhoff, MD, knew that she wanted to dedicate her medical career to epilepsy. After medical school, she completed her internship and residency at Barrow Neurological Institute at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, where she gained experience treating a wide range of neurological disorders. Dr. Lehnhoff went on to complete a two-year fellowship in electrophysiology and epilepsy that focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients with epilepsy.
