Terence Verla, MD, MPH

Dr. Terence Verla is a neurosurgeon with the Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute. He is fellowship-trained in spinal surgery and specializes in minimally invasive approaches for complex deformities of the spine. Dr. Verla earned his medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, and completed a residency in neurological surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He also completed an enfolded fellowship in minimally invasive and complex deformity spine surgery at Baylor. Dr. Verla’s professional memberships include the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Medical Association and Association of Cameroonian Physicians in the Americas.
