Dr. Carol Ulloa is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with a subcertification in epilepsy. She completed a fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell. She earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and completed her residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Columbia University. Dr. Ulloa believes in the advice a physician teacher gave her-"Listen to the patient, they will tell you what's wrong." Dr. Ulloa wants her patients to leave the office feeling better not just because of a treatment, but because of the discussion. Dr. Ulloa wants patients with epilepsy to truly understand that her goal is to stop their seizures and make their quality of life great.
