Dr. Gary J. Walker, a board-certified vascular neurologist, specializes in stroke and acute neurologic conditions. As stroke medical director for Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, he leads initiatives to improve stroke care and outcomes. Dr. Walker provides inpatient care at OLOL and tele-stroke consultations for affiliated hospitals. A Baton Rouge native, he completed his medical degree at LSU Health Sciences Center and advanced training in neurology and vascular neurology at the University of Colorado. Dr. Walker's expertise enhances The NeuroMedical Center’s ability to deliver high-quality neurological care.
