He earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science (psychology minor) from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan and his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. Alexander is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.
