Filipe M. Feiteiro, MS, PA-C is a member of Summit Health's Neurosurgery team. Mr. Feiteiro works alongside neurosurgeons to treat patients with neurological conditions that require surgery. He assists with procedures, reviews diagnostic tests, records medical histories, and performs physical exams. Born in Portugal and immigrating to New Jersey in 1980, Mr. Feiteiro grew up in South River, New Jersey. He volunteered at his local rescue squad, which sparked his interest in medicine. After completing his physician assistant schooling, he began working at an area medical center as a physician assistant on a general surgery/trauma team to advance his knowledge and surgical skills.
