Leonid Topper, MD is a Board Certified pediatric neurologist with 16 years of experience. He joins Summit Health from Advocare Pediatric Neurology Associates of Morristown where he worked for the last 11 years. He previously worked as a faculty attending and brain tumor program neurologist at Schneider Children's Hospital in New Hyde Park, New York. Dr. Topper has served as an Examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology for many years. He is also an Assistant Professor in Neurology Department at Columbia University in New York City where he conducts a teaching clinic several times a month. Dr. Topper is a Member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health in the United Kingdom.
