Howard Silberstein, MD

About

Dr. Silberstein is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics at URMC and the Golisano Children's Hospital. He received his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and interned in General Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Rutgers Medical School at Camden New Jersey Campus. He completed his Neurosurgery training at the University of Connecticut/Hartford Hospital training program. Dr. Silberstein has extensive experience in resection of tumors located in eloquent regions of the brain and spinal cord and utilizes state-of-the-art technologies in the surgical treatment of children with brain tumors.
