Dr. Jose Carlos Cabassa is highly trained and experienced neurologist treating patients in Brooklyn and the greater New York City area. He combines an “old-fashioned” clinical approach and bedside manner with up-to-date knowledge, testing and medical treatments. The goal is to come up with a personalized, patient-oriented and common sense plan for each person. He also works with the patient and family to educate them about their condition(s), realistic goals, possible necessary lifestyle modifications, like exercise and diet, and reducing unnecessary (and possibly harmful) medications. He will work with other doctors and healthcare/fitness providers to find the best possible options for a patient’s overall care and well-being.
