Sammy D. Pishanidar MD, is a neurologist specializing in cerebrovascular disease and vascular neurology but also manages patients with most other general neurological conditions. Dr. Pishanidar completed his internship in internal medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and completed his neurology training at Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine where he was named chief resident during his final year. He served his clinical fellowship in vascular neurology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Pishanidar is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
