Sandran Waran MD, is the Chief of Pediatric Neurology at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. He is associated with New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and collaborates with their division of childhood epilepsy. Dr. Waran has been in practice for more than 30 years and is board certified in pediatrics, pediatric neurology and clinical neurophysiology.Clinical interest include treating childhood seizures, epilepsy, headaches, vertigo, Tourette syndrome, movement disorders, concussions, syncope and fainting.After graduating from the University Of Colombo Faculty Of Medicine in Sri Lanka, Dr. Waran completed his internship, residency training and fellowship at SUNY Health Center in Brooklyn.
