Rafeed Alkawadri, MD, is a neurologist certified in neurology and epilepsy by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is director of the Human Brain Mapping Program and is an associate professor of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Damascus and completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, followed by his fellowship at Cleveland Clinic.
