Melissa J. Christie, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurologist specializing in movement disorders. She’s trained in deep brain stimulation programming for Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, and dystonia, and in botulinum toxin injections for migraine, dystonia, hemifacial spasm, and limb spasticity. She believes in the importance of thorough patient evaluations and delivers compassionate care. Christie is an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
