Dennis D. Winters, M.D., is a Board Certified neurosurgeon. His professional memberships include the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgery, North American Spine Society, American Medical Association and Utah Medical Association. Dr. Winters has a special interest in minimal access spinal technology (MAST). A major spine company has contracted Dr. Winters as part of a visiting surgeon’s program in the Northwest to teach these techniques.
