Dr. Nayak is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in spinal surgery. He earned his medical degree from Yale University and completed neurosurgical training at the University of Pennsylvania. He performs all aspects of spine surgery for conditions such as cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, myelopathy, spinal stenosis, spine fractures, spine tumors, degenerative scoliosis, and revision spinal surgery. He also performs cranial neurosurgery for brain tumors, head trauma, intracranial hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, and related conditions. He is an early adopter of technology advances and has specific expertise in artificial disc replacement, minimally invasive spinal fusion, and non-fusion micro-decompression surgery.
