Amgad Hanna, MD, is a UW Health neurosurgeon. He's also a professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Hanna diagnoses and treats disorders of the spine and peripheral nerves. These conditions include pinched nerves, neurofibromatosis, brachial plexus injuries and other trauma or sports-related nerve and spine injuries. With extensive experience in peripheral nerve surgery, he performs biopsies, removes tumors and repairs nerve problems.
